PureStretch

Stretching is one of the main components of fitness but is one of the most neglected. PureStretch classes involve stretch routines, core strengthening and relaxation techniques incorporating aspects of Pilates and yoga.

 

Classes are designed to be lighthearted, stimulating and interactive and are choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy. Equipment, such as soft balls and yoga straps, is utilised to aid with form and posture.
