Craig Drever

With a passion for reaching and maintaining goals, I would like to work with you to achieve yours.

Through 20 years experience of solo and team sports, I understand that every fitness ambition is a personal one. Whether this is the introduction to a healthier you, or the push you need to gain the desired sporting performance, we will work together to create an individually tailored programme based around your needs.

Hudson Johnson

I got into fitness at the age of 16 as I wanted to improve my body composition. At first I had no idea what I was doing and made a lot of mistakes, but I decided to persevere and learn all I could about fitness and nutrition. Now I aim to use the knowledge I’ve gained from my qualifications to help others transform their bodies and their lives, whilst ensuring that they avoid making the same mistakes that I did.

Group PT

Starting Date: Monday, 25 October 2021

Duration: 6 weeks.  
Price: £35 per person

Group PT is a fantastic opportunity to improve your knowledge and understanding of resistance training. Craig Drever, one of our in-house personal trainers, will carefully coach you through each week and help you improve your technique and performance in the gym. You will work through a specifically designed programme within a small group dynamic. Personal training is one of the best ways to help motivate and educate you through your gym sessions. There is a minimum age of 16+ for the Group PT sessions. Sign up by phoning us on 01856 879900. 


Personalised Gym Programme

A personalised gym programme consists of tailor-made workouts designed specifically to your abilities, needs and goals. You will be required to have completed a pre-exercise health questionnaire and consent form prior to the appointment.

A personalised gym programme is booked directly through our Fitness Advisors, please email the fitness team to enquire. One of our Fitness Advisors will then carry out a complimentary initial consultation that can be completed online, over the phone or in person, then a suitable time will be organised for you to revisit to go through your programme in detail.

You will access and record all your workouts on the new Pickaquoy Training app (programmes are also available to print), and we will be there to support you throughout your health and fitness journey.


Youth Gym Programme (ages 14 - 17)

Our Youth Programmes are specially designed and personalised for anyone 14-17 years-old. Taking into consideration your abilities, needs, goals and limited access to gym areas and equipment, our in-house personal trainers will guide and support you through your programme to help you improve your confidence, health, fitness and performance in the gym and beyond. 

The youth gym programmes are booked directly through our Fitness Advisors, please email the fitness team to enquire. One of our Fitness Advisors will then carry out a complimentary initial consultation that can be completed online, over the phone or in person, then a suitable time will be organised for you to revisit to go through your programme in detail.

Body Composition Analysis (BCA)

A Body Composition Analysis (BCA) is a great way to track fat percentage, muscle mass, Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and fat free mass. A BCA takes less than 2 minutes and is non-invasive. The BCA focuses on actual fat mass rather than total body weight.

All BCA appointments must be booked directly through a Fitness Advisor. It is required that you follow the BCA pre-test guidelines before the appointment to ensure the results are as accurate as possible. These will be explained you by the Fitness Advisor when you make the appointment.

At the time of the appointment you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks and stand on the BCA machine platform. You are advised to wear one layer of light clothing.
Our Fitness Advisors will discuss your results in detail explaining each of the elements of the test and will instruct on ways to improve your results.
