The water based class will help you increase your stamina and tone up all areas of your body. The water provides added resistance and support for a great challenge and actively reduces the amount of impact on your joints.

The pool based class brings new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. It combines the South American Zumba® rhythm and dance steps with a pool party.

Aqua Zumba® Lt is a slightly slower and gentler version of the popular aquatic Latin-inspired dance class.
It’s easy to follow and, because your weight is supported in the water, it has little impact on joints.

Coach By Color® - Indoor Cycling
Our Coach By Color® class brings a simple and intuitive form of communication to group cycling to improve the rider experience and to achieve your fitness results in less time. The Coach By Color® power programme combines accurate zonal training with stimulating colour to help coach your effort during the class. The instructor will work you relevant to your exercise ability via the Coach By Color® five coloured training zones - white, blue, green, yellow and red - making the class fun but also extremely inclusive.
Cycle Express is a 30 minute high energy cycling based class that involves performing sprint intervals on a spin bike. This feel good class will help improve your health, cardiovascular fitness and mood. Cycle Express is suitable for all fitness levels.
STRONG Nation™ incorporates interval cardio training with core and functional training using your own body weight alongside great music to keep you motivated.
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness however anyone with any ongoing medical conditions should check with their health professional.
Intermittent High intensity moves are interchanged with lower intensity moves with modifying exercises available to the participant. STRONG will improve your strength, stamina, cardio power, mobility and balance while having fun!
Zumba® combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations making this a fantastic dance-based fitness workout.
Zumba® is a fun aerobic workout suitable for people of all ages.
Zumba Gold® is for beginners and Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
FTP Ramp Test - Free class
The FTP RAMP test will give you an accurate score that you can then input into the Coach by Color® class to ensure your workout is as relevant to your fitness level as possible (please note, you DO NOT have to complete this to come to the Coach by Color® class but it is highly recommended).
The test is for all levels, from beginner to elite, and is simply a starting point which gives the rider something to measure their progress as their fitness improves.
FTP, in its simplest form, is a way of helping a rider understand their current level of fitness on a bike. During the FTP RAMP test, every four minutes the WATTs target will increase 25 watts, all you have to do is “KEEP IT GREEN” for as long as you can. Your FTP value and duration are displayed once you have successfully completed the test. The session will take anywhere from 15 - 45 minutes.
By completing the test, you will gain knowledge on:
- Functional Threshold Power (FTP) test
- Fitness ability and limits
- The different Power Zones
This class is ideal for leading into the Coach By Color® Inductions.
These sessions are free but booking is advisable as space is limited.
Les Mills BODYATTACK™
Les Mills BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to the more advanced.
It combines athletic and strength movements for a full body workout.
The energising music and motivational instructor will leave you feeling fantastic with a real release of endorphins!
Get Fit is similar to our previous Fit ‘n’ 50+ class and is for those who just want to have fun while exercising!
This is an enjoyable and inclusive workout with great music to help build up cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. The workout will be mainly aerobics-based but will also include strength exercises, balance and stretching. You are guaranteed to leave this class with a smile on your face!
This class is suitable for beginners but more advanced options are available.
Les Mills BODYSTEP™
Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™. It's is a cardio workout to really tone your lower body but also improve your overall fitness.
With a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, BODYSTEP™ offers specific exercises for a fun, uplifting and full-body workout!
You will be given a range of options to suit all abilities so that everyone leaves feeling they've had a successful workout.
Les Mills BODYBALANCE™
Ideal for everyone, Les Mills BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
During BodyBalance, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
You’ll strengthen your entire body, especially your core, and leave the class feeling calm and centred.
Centred Yoga focuses on posture, alignment, rooting and the breath.
Regular practice is very beneficial to improving flexibility, core strength and stamina while at the same time helping to reduce tension and stress and create a sense of peace and stillness within the body and mind.
The classes, which are based on the work of Dona Holleman, are geared so that everybody can get some benefit whether young or older, beginner or more experienced.
Yoga Align is about bringing alignment to the body through the physical asanas, breathwork and stillness of the mind.
Focus will be on the breakdown of asanas to be delivered in a meaningful way to bring about change to one’s own practice.
Utilising the breath is key to ease of movement and the calmness of the mind will be promoted to aid concentration and awareness through the asanas.
This is an ideal class to accompany Yoga for Strength.

A combination of dynamic flowing and held postures to increase muscle resilience through deeper stretching and breathing.
