Get Fit is similar to our previous Fit ‘n’ 50+ class and is for those who just want to have fun while exercising!

Outdoor Bootcamp is a feel-good 30 minute class that is suitable for all abilities. Including a few fun bootcamp rules, the class involves bodyweight circuit exercises, walking, running and lots of fun!

This is an inclusive class suitable for all abilities, and all exercises can be tailored to suit individual needs.

Outdoor Walking Football
Walking Football is a variant of association football and an excellent way of staying fit and healthy. For older people, it has proven to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke while improving blood pressure. Although a low impact sport, the game produces high aerobic activity and improves balance, strength and stamina, all the while having fun with a like-minded group of people.
Outdoor Walking Football will be played outside on the 7 a-side pitch. Please ensure you check-in at reception before your session.

Ideal for everyone, Les Mills BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
During BodyBalance, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
You’ll strengthen your entire body, especially your core, and leave the class feeling calm and centred.
Movement Matters focuses on improving mobility, balance and co-ordination from a standing and seated position.
The class offers a gentler style of workout to help with general well-being and health.
Yoga Align is about bringing alignment to the body through the physical asanas, breathwork and stillness of the mind.
Focus will be on the breakdown of asanas to be delivered in a meaningful way to bring about change to one’s own practice.
Utilising the breath is key to ease of movement and the calmness of the mind will be promoted to aid concentration and awareness through the asanas.
