An update to our service - Coronavirus
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, The Pickaquoy Centre is currently closed to the public and will face a delayed opening following the challenges imposed by lock down and current Government guidelines. For more information about these delays, you can read our press release here.
Below is a list of customer FAQ's. We are not currently contactable by phone. If your query is not answered below, you can email us and we will respond as soon as possible.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you had a ticket booked for the cinema or an event, you will be issued with a full refund. We are currently operating with a reduced number of staff, so refunds are taking longer than normal to process. Please email us if you have any concerns.
Orkney Caravan Park closed for 2020 season
Due to the ongoing financial and safety challenges presented by COVID-19, we regret to inform our valued customers that we have taken the difficult decision that our site will remain closed for the remainder of this season. We are working through all refunds and cancellations, however, as we are currently operating with a reduced number of staff, refunds may take slightly longer than normal to process. We hope to welcome you back next season.

ActiveLife & ActiveIslands
All ActiveLife and ActiveIslands memberships will be frozen from Wednesday 1 April, and will remain frozen until the centre reopens.
LeisureLink Partnership - Suspended
Update: Due to restrictions across the country imposed by Covid-19, LeisureLink Partners have decided to suspend the scheme across all seven regions until further notice. This will be under review with the plan to reintroduce the scheme once it is possible to deliver the service in a safe and feasible way.
