We are revamping our birthday party offering.
Customers will now be asked to complete a short online form when requesting a birthday party. This will then be submitted directly to our events team, making it a more convenient and streamlined process.
Following customer feedback, we have expanded the buffet option and now offer the birthday child their meal free of charge. Not only do we provide a large selection of items on the buffet, a full catering service is included where customers get tablecloths, plates, cups and napkins as part of the service. All dietary requirements can be catered for. Please note, outside food will no longer be allowed, however customers are permitted to bring in their own cake.
In addition, customers can now download and share an editable birthday invitation directly from our website at no extra charge.
In order for us keep our birthday parties as affordable as possible, we have made the difficult decision to remove the balloons and cards as extras. With ever increasing prices on items, it was no longer possible for us to keep the birthday parties at the same price as well as offer the extras.
