Picky Strength & Conditioning Programme

Commencing Monday, 29th July

The Picky Strength & Conditioning programme is designed to help improve your knowledge and understanding of physical training which will help develop your performance in the gym or your chosen sport. The programme is run over a 10 week period and is £41.25 per person. This includes 10 one hour strength & conditioning sessions led by our expert coaches, Ben Eyre and Andrew Davis. We are now also including a full athletic assessment at the start of each block.

• Monday 1800-1900 (16+ years)
• Thursday 1745-1845 (12-15 years)
