Picky Dance Academy

Expression, interaction, exercise but most of all FUN!

We want all children to be healthy, be active and have fun, and that is exactly what we strive to do at the Picky Dance Academy. Dance teacher Charley uses her individual style and technique to teach Ballet, Modern Jazz and Tap, while giving the children the skills and confidence they need to develop their knowledge of dance through the grades.

Ballet is one of the most popular forms of dance for children. It is known for its grace and fluidity of movement, and is great for posture and balance. It dates back to the 17th century and the conventional steps, grace and fluidity of movement are still found in Ballet today. Ballet has a technique which is the foundation of all dance.
