If you have a membership and would like to take part, search for the Picky @ Home Facebook group, request to join and we will approve your request. 

There are a number of classes already available for you to scroll through and catch up on at a time that suits you. We will continue to add new classes regularly to continue offering new and fresh content.

Picky @ Home Class Descriptions:

Beginners Circuit
Our Beginners Circuit workouts are designed specifically for beginners. This workout has been specifically designed for those individuals who are new to exercise, returning to exercise post injury or pregnancy, or just looking to add some more movement into their weekly routine. The 20-minute low impact workout will help build both strength and confidence to begin a fitness journey. No equipment is required for this class but you may want to have a sturdy chair available as extra support.

Beginners Dumbbell Circuit
Beginners Dumbbell Circuit is a full body workout specifically designed for beginners or those new to weighted exercise. This session will focus on technique while giving you an energetic workout and get your heart rate going.

Bodyweight Circuit
Bodyweight Circuit is a 30-minute full body circuit-based class that will help improve your muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness while helping to tone your full body. You do not require any equipment for this class, only a clear and safe space for you to work in. Suitable for all levels, this workout will have options for both beginners and advanced.

Core Blast
Core Blast is a workout that uses specific exercises to focus on toning and strengthening of your core muscles so you can move more efficiently and help reduce the risk of injury while exercise. This workout will target your abs, glutes, obliques, back and hips.

Chair Based Stretch
Chair Based Stretch is a 15-minute chair based stretching class that will guide you safely through stretches and movements to help improve your mobility, suppleness and circulation. You will require a sturdy chair for this class (ideally an armless chair). This class is suitable for beginners and those with reduced mobility.

Circuits offers a combination of strength and cardio exercises with short, rapid movement between intervals. Using bodyweight, dumbbells or a barbell, this class is designed to improve strength and endurance while burning calories to give you a full body workout. This class is suitable for all levels as individuals adjust pace of exercises to their own level of ability and experience.

Dumbbell Circuit
Dumbbell Circuit is a 30-minute high intensity interval training weighted workout that targets the whole body, and helps improve muscular endurance, strength and body composition. You will require a set of dumbbells for this workout.

Get Fit
Get Fit is for those who have missed Fit ‘n’ 50+, or just want to have fun while exercising. This is an enjoyable and inclusive 30-minute workout to help build up cardiovascular fitness and strength. The first part of this class will be an aerobics-based workout to music. The second part will be strength based with a mixture of standing and sitting exercises. You will require a safe space that you can move around in, a sturdy chair and light set of dumbbells (optional) for this class. Suitable for beginners but more advanced options will be available.

HIIT Cardio
HIIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that will help improve your cardiovascular fitness and agility while burning lots of energy! This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity needed to get results fast, so no other equipment is required.

HIIT Strength
HIIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. You will require a barbell or a small to medium set of dumbbells, and the workout will be adapted for both pieces of equipment.

Legs, Bums & Tums
Legs, Bums & Tums is a 30-minute workout focusing on toning the key areas of the lower body. This is a high energy workout that will get your quads, glutes and abdominals on fire, and leave you feeling energised for the day.

Strength & Tone
Strength & Tone is 30-minute class designed to help improve body composition, build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, and core strength. This full body weighted workout focuses on technique and encourages participants to work at their own pace while gaining maximum benefits in a short period of time. You are guaranteed to leave this class with a sense of achievement and feeling mind and body positive. This class is suitable for all abilities.

Stretch & Calm
Stretch & Calm is a 30-minute session that will help you learn and perform stretches to improve mobility and flexibility, but also help reduce the risk of injury. The class will include 5-10 minutes of calming practice at the end to help relieve stress and tension, leaving you relaxed and calm. You will only require a mat or soft surface to sit and lie on. This class is suitable for all levels, however stretching options will be available for the beginner and the advanced.
